MANIFESTO
We are developers, system engineers, nerds and tech enthusiasts.
We live immersed in digital every day, but we believe its true value is born when it touches people's real lives. Skills should not stay locked in our bubble: they must serve something concrete.
The problem
Technology moves faster and faster. But while everything transforms, many are left behind.
Students learn technologies that are ten or twenty years old. People can't tell if a video is real or fake. The elderly use tools they don't understand. Associations that help the community lack the skills to do it online too.
And those who could help them — us developers — work for distant companies, on projects whose impact we often ignore. When we share what we learn, we do it within our tech bubble.
Our mission
We want to bridge this gap.
Bring developers into neighborhoods, into the real world. Build bridges between those who build technology and those who experience its effects without understanding it.
We do this through workshops in schools, municipalities and local associations — with initial pilots already underway. We bring professionals who actually work with artificial intelligence to talk with students, teachers and citizens. We help anyone understand, choose and use technology consciously.
We are a non-profit, third-sector association. Our goal is to build a model where those who bring training to schools and institutions are compensated for their work: not pure volunteering, but sustainable impact.
Our principles
Accessibility first
We speak clearly. We explain with examples, not technical jargon. Success is measured in understanding, not complexity.
Local impact, global vision
We work with real people and communities, but share everything we learn online, so others can replicate it.
No one left out
Age, background or digital literacy level doesn't matter. Anyone who wants to understand deserves someone to help them do it.
Technology with ethics
We tell the full story of technology: potential and risks, promises and consequences.
Shared skills
No lone experts. People who learn together and share what they know — with clear roles and concrete responsibilities.
